APPOINTMENTS

The practice can arrange an appointment by phone for all services, including: hearing, women’s health, immunisations, diabetes, asthma, skin checks, chronic care, medicals, workers compensation, long doctors appointments etc.

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Longer consultation times are available. Please ask our receptionists if you require extra time.

If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment. We have a range of languages spoken by our Registrars including English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Chinese, Indonesian & Bahasa.

Online standard appointments with the doctor are now available to existing patients from this website via HotDoc.

Health Assessments are available with Alana on a Tuesday and Thursday along with chronic care reviews that can be done every 3 months.

Hearing Test appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Alana.
