Some insurance medicals, pre-employment health assessments and bus/trotting licences also require payment on the day. These medicals do not attract a Medicare rebate.

We accept Cash, Cheques, EFTPOS & Credit Cards. If you have a genuine reason you cannot pay on the day, please discuss this with your doctor during your consultation.

*PLEASE NOTE: A fee of $50 will apply if you do not cancel your appointment.

Doctors in this practice may be contacted by phone during normal surgery hours. If your call is an emergency, it will be treated as such and you will be put straight through to a doctor. When doctors are with a patient and the call is NOT an emergency, a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Unless requested to do otherwise by your doctor, please contact reception between 10am and 4pm. Most tests take approximately three working days before the results are available after review by your doctor. It is the patient’s responsibility to contact the practice for test results.

Script requests will no longer be taken in writing over the counter. If you require a repeat script, you will need to make an appointment for this purpose.

Lost or forgotten referral, pathology and radiology requests will incur a $10 fee to have them duplicated and/or faxed.
